I was close to the edge
ready to fall
all my emotions
locked up in the wall
"it just doesn’t matter"
was all I could say
I wanted it all
 to just go away
 Drugs could help me
they’d help me die
and waste away life
by just getting high
 Acid and Coke
Pot and some Beer
 they killed me off
 and took away fear
 so now here I am
 lying dead on the floor
 waiting for "god"
 to even the score
go on with your life
 forget about me
      your life is worth more
than mine could be
 I’m sorry I hurt you
or even made you cry
but for humanity’s sake
 it was better I die
