i am a fallen angel
down from heaven i fell
i was pushed from my cloud
why, i don't know
but i've landed here in hell
a lost soul here i remain
trying to survive
i have lost all i had
i lost my purity
my innocence
trying to make it by
i gave them up bit by bit
to those who said they loved me
i trust to much
i let them do this to me
take away all my hope
my pride
and everything that i ever had
i gave it all up for them
i've not been treated well
or even as an equal
i'm just here
and here i'm forced to stay
i've tried to get out
believe me i tried
but no blade or pill
ever helped
somehow, they just brought more pain
something else i can fail at
So here i remain
trying to get by
in an unfair world
and an unfair time
but here i remain
with some small bit of hope left
here i remain
until i can return to my home
the heaven
which i fell from
